This method is similar to cleaning shoes and will just require a brush and some laundry detergent.

Clean the whole hat using a hydrogen peroxide solution. After first dipping the hat in the water of your bucket or sink use a toothbrush or other small scrubber to rub the cleaner into the fabric. Place the hat on a clean towel and pat it down until there is no more water dripping. Allow to air dry and then brush to restore the nap. Avoid getting your suede hat excessively wet.
