Use a toothpick to make it even and to clear any hole needed to hang the blank. Allow to dry in between coats. Allow to dry 15 20 minutes before applying a topcoat of mod podge extreme glitter. Leave this to dry completely. You can apply as many coats as you d like to your project.
Mod podge super gloss. Make sure you cover the entire item and don t leave any raw glitter poking through. For a simple and quick finish apply a smooth moderate layer of mod podge extreme glitter to the decoupaged surface.
